Our subsidiary unit established in Ahmednagar in the year of 2008 has been shaping precise parts and imaginations with number of end clients and has over 17+ years of experience with more than two decades of expertise.
We have established our forging unit as one of the most prominent and reliable players in the auto component business since 2008. We have served all major industries such as Automobile, Construction, Railways, Mechanical industries, Oil & Gas, Mining industry, etc.
We have a wealth of experience working as a forging parts manufacturer. We have the depth and the width of experience in the industry. We proudly proclaim to be the leaders in the industry.
Forging Key Features & Capabilities
Forging Heat Treatment
- Gas fired continuous Heat Treatment Furnace
- This pusher furnace have capability to process material at a capacity of 1000 Kgs per hour.
- Heat Treatment processes like Normalizing, ISO thermal annealing, hardening & Tempering, Stress relieving etc.
- Equipped with three types of quenching media as Polymer, Oil and Water.
- Also have feature of controlled cooling for Micro Alloys.
In house Die Design & Manufacturing
Invested in CAD/CAM packages like NX and solid works, etc. to reduce manufacturing/development lead times and to ensure repeatability when dies are re-cut after specified die run.
We have capabilities and capacities of in-house developments of die & tool right from Component Modelling, Tool & Die Designing & Manufacturing, Machining, Heat Treatment
This will further help in improving utilization of forging equipment and ultimately result in reducing engineering and financial risk.
